摘  要:基于Maxwell应力张量法推导了直线电机的推力和盘式电机的转矩方程,并阐明了两者的等效分析条件。以二维直线电机仿真结果为盘式电机设计提供定性的指导。分析了双定子盘式电机的串并联磁路并给出了较优的电机电磁拓扑。基于推导的电机凸极比公式,明确了同步磁阻电机凸极比和气隙长度的关系。最后,基于电机弱磁特性数学方程及有限元计算得到的磁链矩阵计算了电机最终的输出特性,计算结果与纯有限元计算最大误差为2.7%。The force equation of the linear motor and the torque equation of the axial flux motor are derived based on Maxwell stress tensor,then the situation that the two types of motors can be equivalently analyzed is illustrated.Regarding the FEA results of the 2D linear motor as the instructions of the design of the axial flux motor,the series magnetic circuit and the parallel magnetic circuit are analyzed,and the optimized electromagnetic topology is given.Based on the formula of the saliency ratio,the relationship of the saliency ratio for synchronous reluctance motor and the length of the airgap is specified.Finally the output properties of the motor are calculated based on flux-weakening equations and flux linkage matrix,the maximum error is 2.7%compared to FEA results.
