从传统制造到共享制造的商业生态系统:基于某制造企业的纵向案例研究

摘　　要：共享制造作为共享经济理念的创新应用,逐渐成为推动制造业高质量发展的有力引擎,受到学术界和产业界的广泛关注。已有研究主要从需求方视角对共享经济进行探索,而关于供应端即共享制造的研究较为欠缺,特别是关于企业如何实现从传统制造到共享制造的转变是亟待解决的重要问题。鉴于此,基于商业生态系统理论和开放式创新理论建立综合分析框架,采用单案例纵向研究解构了某制造企业从传统制造到共享制造商业生态系统的全过程。研究发现,传统制造企业通过开放式创新,推动产业转型和产业反馈,是其商业生态系统实现从传统制造到共享制造的关键。具体而言,企业从传统制造到共享制造商业生态系统的演化共经历了三个子阶段,分别是准备阶段、示范阶段和推广阶段。在这个过程中,随着嵌入式资源的不断丰富,商业生态系统的价值网络实现了从基于供应链到基于合作再到基于平台的转变。此外,企业在不同子阶段适应性地开展了开放式创新,进而推动了商业生态系统中的产业转型和产业反馈。通过研究揭示了企业从传统制造到共享制造商业生态系统演化的过程机制,拓展了商业生态系统框架研究的理论边界,为我国推进共享制造实践提供了可能的管理启示。As an innovative application of the sharing economy concept,shared manufacturing has gradually become a powerful engine for promoting high-quality development in the manufacturing industry,attracting widespread attention from both academia and industry.Existing research mainly explores the sharing economy from the demand side perspective,while studies on the supply side,namely shared manufacturing,are relatively scarce.In particular,how enterprises can transition from traditional manufacturing to shared manufacturing is an important issue that urgently needs to be addressed.In view of this,based on the business ecosystem theory and open innovation theory,a comprehensive analytical framework is established,and a single case longitudinal study is used to deconstruct the entire process of A Manufacturing Firm’s transition from traditional manufacturing to a shared manufacturing business ecosystem.It has been found that traditional manufacturing enterprises promote industrial transformation and feedback through open innovation,which is key to their business ecosystem transitioning from traditional manufacturing to shared manufacturing.Specifically,the evolution of the business ecosystem from traditional manufacturing to shared manufacturing goes through three sub-stages:preparation,demonstration,and promotion.During this process,as embedded resources continue to enrich,the value network of the business ecosystem transforms from being supply chain-based to cooperation-based,and then to platform-based.Moreover,enterprises adaptively carry out open innovation at different sub-stages,thereby driving industrial transformation and feedback within the business ecosystem.This research reveals the process mechanism of the evolution from traditional manufacturing to a shared manufacturing business ecosystem,expands the theoretical boundaries of business ecosystem framework research,and provides possible management insights for advancing shared manufacturing practices in China.
