摘 要:针对传统雨水管网规划设计方法的适用条件限制和潜在设计风险,基于雨水管网规划设计基础参数,提出具有实际可操作性的模型辅助规划设计的技术应用方案,通过基于模型的管网设计标准评估、瓶颈管段分析和管网抗涝能力评价3个部分,实现对雨水管网系统排水能力更全面和综合性的评价.通过实例研究表明:基于模型的管网设计标准评估可以验证管网系统是否满足预定的规划设计标准要求,并确定每一段管道排水能力所对应的重现期标准;瓶颈管段分析可以定位系统中的主要问题管段,从而针对问题管段优先制定调整方案;管网抗涝能力评价可以定位系统中的内涝防灾“短板”管段,从而可针对“短板”管段采取相应工程技术措施,提高管网系统的内涝抗灾能力.In response to limitations of traditional methods and potential design risks,and learning from the freamework of planning and design basic parameters of stormwater pipe networks,we propose a practical and operable technical application plan for model-assisted planning and design.This plan includes model-based pipe network design standard evaluation,bottleneck section analysis and urban flooding prevention evaluation.Through these steps,more comprehensive evaluation of drainage capacity of stormwater pipe network system can be conducted.Case studies show that this model-based pipe network design standard evaluation can verify whether the pipe network system meets predetermined design standards.By simulating design rainfall scenarios under different recurrence intervals,corresponding recurrence interval for drainage capacity of each section of the pipeline can be determined.Bottleneck section analysis can locate main problem sections,this will help to prioritize development of adjustment plans.Urban flooding prevention evaluation can locate“short board”sections in the system,this helps to take appropriate technical measures against“short board”sections,thereby to improve urban flooding prevention capabilities of entire pipe network system.
