摘  要:齿轮传动系统多采用细长轴,轴的柔性以及约束的施加会显著影响系统的动态响应,为了研究含齿轮裂纹故障的两级齿轮传动系统的振动特性,采用虚拟样机技术基于ADAMS分析软件对含齿轮裂纹故障的两级齿轮传动系统建立多体动力学模型,使用柔性支撑替换理想转动约束,分别建立系统的全刚体模型和全柔体模型,研究模型在相同工况下的动态响应,分析柔性轴、柔性齿对含裂纹轮齿的齿轮传动系统振动特性的影响;对健康齿轮传动系统建立多体动力学模型,将健康模型的结果与故障多体动力学模型的结果进行对照分析,探究裂纹对结果的影响。该研究可得到准确的含裂纹齿轮传动系统的振动特性,并验证在齿轮箱轴承处采用柔性支撑分析含裂纹故障的齿轮传动系统的可行性。In order to study the vibration characteristics of a two-stage gear system with cracked gears,a multi-body dynamic model of a two-stage gear system with cracked gears is established using virtual prototype technology based on the ADAMS analysis software,and a flexible support is used to replace the ideal rotational constraints,so that a full rigid-body model and a full flexible-body model are established to study the dynamic response of the model under the same working conditions,and to analyze the influence of the flexible shaft and flexible teeth on the vibration characteristics of the gear system with cracked gear teeth.Using the flexible support to replace the ideal rotation constraints,the fully rigid body model and the fully flexible body model are respectively established to study the dynamic response of the model under the same working conditions,and to analyze the influence of the flexible shaft and the flexible teeth on the vibration characteristics of the gear transmission system containing cracked gear teeth;a multi-body dynamics model is established for the healthy gear transmission system,and the results of the healthy model are analyzed in comparison with the results of the faulty multi-body dynamics model,to explore the influence of the crack on the results.This study can obtain accurate vibration characteristics of gear trains containing cracks and verify the feasibility of analyzing gear trains containing crack faults by using flexible supports at the gearbox bearings.
