摘  要:镁合金铣削刀具选择是一个多指标因素综合决策问题,面向产品特性加工要求,提出了一种基于博弈论将主观赋权与客观赋权相协调的刀具性能灰色综合评价模型。首先,利用改进层次分析法AHP与熵权法进行组合赋权,降低主观因素的影响;其次,结合灰色关联度分析建立基于组合赋权的刀具性能灰色综合评价模型;最后,以某星用有源产品特征模拟结构进行试切试验,并应用评价模型对备选刀具进行评价验证。研究结果表明,在备选的3把刀具试验中,所构建的评价模型可以有效地评价刀具性能,为实际产品加工提供刀具选用依据。The choice of tool in milling magnesium alloy is a comprehensive decision-making problem with multiple index factors.A grey comprehensive evaluation model for tool performance based on game theory,which coordinates subjective and objective weighting,is proposed for product features processing requirements.In this method,it is proposed to combine improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weighting method to reduce the influence of subjective factors.In addition,a grey comprehensive evaluation model based on combination weighting was established by grey relation analysis.Finally,experiments of CNC milling characteristic similarity structure of an active product used in a certain satellite were carried out,and then the established evaluation model was applied to evaluate and verify the performance of alternative cutting tools.In the three alternative cutting tool tests,the results show that grey comprehensive evaluation can effectively evaluate tool performance and provide a basis for tool selection in actual processing.
