摘 要:依据标准《工作场所空气中粉尘测定第4部分:游离二氧化硅含量》(GBZ/T 192.4—2007),通过现场调研方式,在确认铁路隧道施工样品主要来源及采样方法选择适用性基础上,观察实验过程,对比分析焦磷酸法与红外分光光度法分别测定粉尘样品中游离二氧化硅含量的测定结果。分析得出影响焦磷酸法测定结果的主要因素为消解温度,影响红外分光光度法主要因素为实验室湿度、称样量、粉尘颜色,从而得出目前在铁路隧道施工粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量的测定方法中焦磷酸法优于红外分光光度法。According to the standard"Determination of dust in the air of workplace-part 4:Content of free silica in dust"(GBZ/T 192.4—2007),this paper observed the experimental process through on-the-spot investigation and confirmed the main sources of railway tunnel construction samples and the applicability of sampling methods,and compared and analyzed the determination results of free silica content in dust samples by pyrophosphoric acid method and infrared spectrophotometry respectively.It is analyzed that the main factors affecting the determination results of pyrophosphoric acid method are digestion temperature,and the main factors affecting infrared spectrophotometry are laboratory humidity,sample weight and dust color,so it is concluded that pyrophosphoric acid method is better than infrared spectrophotometry in the determination of free silica content in railway tunnel construction dust at present.
