摘 要:以某铁路维修工区170名职工为调查对象,采用铁路职工心理测评综合量表(心理健康评估子量表、社会健康评估子量表)进行问卷调查。根据第一次问卷结果制订针对性的心理援助计划,通过心理健康讲座、个体心理咨询和组织建议进行干预,6个月后进行第二次问卷调查。结果显示,第二次问卷的职工心理健康得分和社会健康得分均较第一次问卷有所提升,差异有统计学意义。说明铁路企业EAP的引入能够有效缓解职工职业压力,提升整体健康状况评分;进而在领导组织、专业队伍建设、推广应用等方面提出了建议。A survey was conducted on 170 employees in a certain railway maintenance division using the comprehensive psychological assessment scale for railway employees(psychological health assessment and social health assessment subscales).Develop a targeted psychological assistance plan based on the results of the first questionnaire,intervene through mental health lectures,individual psychological counseling,and organizational recommendations,and conduct a second questionnaire survey 6 months later.The results showed that the psychological and social health scores of the employees in the second questionnaire were improved compared to the first questionnaire,and the difference was statistically significant.The introduction of EAP in railway enterprises can effectively alleviate the occupational stress of employees and improve their overall health status score.Furthermore,suggestions were put forward in areas such as leadership organization,professional team building,and promotion and application.
