摘　　要：特种植物油因具有较高的营养价值和较好的保健功效,受到国内外广大消费者的青睐。针对特种植物油产品出口存在的苯并[a]芘、酸价和缩水甘油酯含量超标问题,分析了出口特种植物油在产地环境、原料控制、生产工艺、贮藏和运输等环节存在的风险隐患,从生产企业和监管部门两个方面提出风险防控措施,以期为提高特种植物油出口质量安全,促进特种植物油国际贸易健康发展提供参考。Special vegetable oils are favored by consumers in China and abroad because of its high nutritional value and good health care effect.Addressing the issue of excessive levels of benzo[a]pyrene,acid value,glycidyl ester and heavy metal in exported special vegetable oil products,this study analyzes the potential risks at various stages,including production environment,raw material control,production processes,storage and transportation.Preventive measures are proposed from the perspectives of both production enterprises and regulatory authorities,aiming to enhance the quality and safety of exported special vegetable oils and facilitate the healthy development of international trade in special vegetable oils.
