摘  要:本研究运用文献资料法、访谈法、个案分析法和数理统计法,以孟苏平备战第31届奥运会训练科医训安排作为研究对象,通过分析孟苏平赛前训练计划、赛前训练计划与训练负荷的关系和赛前体能康复训练方法等数据进行研究分析。取得以下结果:孟苏平备战里约奥运会期间,以比赛日为时间节点,制定了为期42天共六周的训练计划。在六周的训练过程中,前期逐渐增加负荷,随着比赛日的临近,适时降低训练强度;赛前六周训练生理生化指标的变化与训练负荷强度紧密相关,随着她的负荷强度增减,生理生化参数相应发生适应性的变化;孟苏平运动恢复主要以多人重手法按摩与反向拉伸作为恢复策略,体能训练重点主要针对肩关节与腰部的体能训练进行,通过肩和腰两个关节专项体能强化与干预,提高其在举重技术发力的关键关节运动表现。by use of literature review,interview,case analysis,and mathematical statistics and taking the characteristics of scientific and medical training arrangements in Meng Suping's preparation for the 31st Olympic Games as research object,the paper analyzes the data of Meng Suping's pre-competition training plan,the relationship between pre competition training plan and training load,and pre-competition physical rehabilitation training methods.The following results are achieved:During Meng Suping's preparation for the Rio Olympics,a training plan lasting 42 days and six weeks is developed with competition days as the time node.During the six-week training process,the load gradually increases in the early stages.As the competition day approaches,the training intensity is reduced in a timely manner;The changes in physiological and biochemical indicators during the six weeks before the competition are closely related to the intensity of the training load.As the load intensity increases or decreases,the physiological and biochemical parameters undergo adaptive changes accordingly;Meng Suping's exercise recovery mainly relies on multi-person heavy manual massage and reverse stretching as recovery strategies.The focus of physical training is mainly on the physical training of the shoulder joints and waist.Through specialized physical strengthening and intervention of the shoulder and waist joints,the key joint performance in weightlifting techniques is improved.
