水利土建工程施工承包合同管理刍议

摘　　要：合同管理制是水利建设管理体制的四大制度之一,对水利施工单位来说,做好施工承包合同管理既是确保施工任务顺利完成的重要保障,又是其创造价值和实现企业利润的重要前提。水利土建工程施工承包合同是最常见的工程合同,通过分析该合同的特点、基本类型、主要内容,并结合实践经验提出合同生效前管理、履行过程管理、管理后评价及提高施工单位合同管理水平的措施。Contract management system is one of the four major systems of water conservancy construction management.For water conservancy construction companies,effective management of construction contracts is not only crucial for the smooth completion of construction tasks but also a fundamental prerequisite for creating value and achieving corporate profits.Construction contracts for water conservancy projects in civil engineering are the most common types of engineering contracts.By analyzing the characteristics,basic types and the main contents of these contracts,and combining practical experience,this paper proposes measures for managing contracts before they become effective,during their execution,and for post-management evaluation,as well as ways to enhance the contract management capabilities of construction units.
