摘　　要：为有效提升区域安全教育效果,助力平安校园、和谐社区建设,构建了以高校为主体的安全短视频警校社联动创作共同体。警校社三方应通过联席机制,共定创作计划;守住安全底线,联合把控内容;基于分工协作原则,整合创作力量;运用管理过程理论,一体诊改传播效果;顺应安全教育趋势,强化调整管控。To effectively enhance the impact of regional safety education and contribute to the development of safe campuses and harmonious communities,a collaborative community for creating safety education short videos,led by universities,has been established between local police and social organizations.These three parties should work together through a joint consultation mechanism to collaboratively develop creation plans,uphold safety standards while jointly overseeing content,integrate creative resources based on the principle of division of cooperation,apply process management theory to collectively evaluate and improve dissemination outcomes,and strengthen adjustment and control to align with the trends in safety education.
