摘  要:本文从测量原理、流路结构、电控软件架构等方面详细介绍了基于分光光度法的海水营养盐自动分析仪的设计。针对无人值守环境下对营养盐长期在线监测的需求,通过优化流路设计,实现现场自动标定功能,增加试剂冷藏及在线过滤反冲洗模块,提高了试剂稳定性,实现了浑浊海水下水样的长期自动过滤。通过这些优化改进,扩展了营养盐分析仪应用场景,有效降低仪器维护频率,实现了营养盐分析仪长期原位在线监测。同时,分别采用标准样品及现场海水样品,全面考察分析仪各项性能指标。结果表明:分析仪对标准溶液测量准确度和精密度较高,对现场海水样品测量结果与国标法测量结果趋势一致,相关系数R大于0.9。目前,分析仪集成安装于永定新河入海口海洋生态监测站进行营养盐长期在线监测,分析仪运行良好,获得了大量入海口的营养盐在线监测数据。The design of autonomous nutrient analyzer based on spectrophotometry is introduced in detail from the aspects of measurement principle,flow structure,and electronic control architecture.In view of the demand for long-term online monitoring of nutrients in unattended environment,the flow path design is optimized to realize the function of automatic calibration,and the reagent refrigeration and online filtering modules are added,which improves the stability of the reagent and realizes the long-term automatic filtering of water samples under turbid seawater.Through these optimization and improvement,the application scenario of the nutrient analyzer is expanded,the maintenance frequency of the instrument is effectively reduced,and the long-term in-situ online monitoring of the nutrient salt analyzer is realized.Standard samples and field seawater samples are used to comprehensively investigate the performance indicators of the analyzer.The results show that the analyzer has high measurement accuracy and precision for standard solutions,and the correlation of the analyzer with national standard method for seawater samples is higher than 0.9.At present,the analyzer is integrated and installed in the marine ecological monitoring station at the estuary of new Yongding River for long-term online monitoring.running stably and acquiring large quantities of nutrient monitoring data.
