摘　　要：川西北高原高寒牧区地处青藏高原高寒生态脆弱区,该区域存在生态环境与经济社会持续协调发展不平衡的现象。从川西北高原高寒牧区的特殊地位、生态保护存在的主要问题出发,探索其生态环境保护与科学利用资源环境支撑经济社会持续协调发展的长效机制。The high-altitude pastoral area of the northwest Sichuan Plateau is located in the ecologically fragile zone of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.Currently,the ecological environment and sustainable development of the economy and society in the high-altitude pastoral area of the northwest Sichuan Plateau are imbalanced.This study explores the special status of the high-altitude pastoral areas in the northwest plateau of Sichuan,the main problems in ecological protection in the high-altitude pastoral areas of the northwest plateau of Sichuan.It will explore the long-term mechanism of organic unity between ecological environment protection and scientific utilization of resources and environment to support sustainable and coordinated economic and social development.
