摘　　要：目的:对胃癌病人术后症状相关生活质量量表(Symptom-Focused Quality of Life Questionnaire for Gastric Cancer Patients after Gastrectomy,KOQUSS-40)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:采用Brislin翻译模式,对量表进行翻译、文化调适、预调查后,选取天津市某三级甲等医院胃部肿瘤科的208例胃癌术后病人进行调查,评价量表信效度。结果:中文版KOQUSS-40包括35个条目,其量表水平的内容效度指数为0.90,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.82~1.00;探索性因子分析提取11个公因子,累计方差贡献率为68.776%;总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.855,折半信度为0.855。结论:中文版KOQUSS-40具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估我国胃癌病人术后症状相关生活质量水平的测量工具。Objective:To translate the Symptom-Focused Quality of Life Questionnaire for Gastric Cancer Patients after Gastrectomy(KOQUSS-40)and test its reliability and validity.Methods:After Brislin translation mode,translation,expert evaluation and pre-investigation,208 patients of gastric cancer in the gastric oncology department of a tertiary Grade A hospital in Tianjin were selected to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of KOQUSS-40 included 35 items,with content validity index of 0.90 and content validity index at entry level of 0.82~1.00.11 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,the cumulative variance contribution of 68.776%.Cronbach′sαcoefficient of scale was 0.855,and half reliability was 0.855.Conclusion:The Chinese version of KOQUSS-40 has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool to assess the postoperative symptom-focused quality of life of gastric cancer patients in China.
