基层党建引领信用村建设的成效、问题与策略路径——以安徽省天长市为例

摘　　要：全面推进乡村振兴、加快建设农业强国是党中央的重要部署。加快农村信用体系建设,发挥基层党建引领的作用是推进乡村振兴的应有之义。文章以安徽省天长市基层党建引领信用村建设的发展历程和成效为考察对象,总结基层党建引领信用村建设存在的问题,从制度优势进行策略分析,明确优化实践路径。基层党建引领信用村建设,应围绕着培养建设品质业务优良兼具的干部队伍、提升干群思想观念、提高数字赋能技术的运用效率等方面开展工作,建设完备的乡村信用体系,为振兴乡村提供良好的经济环境。Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the construction of an agricultural powerhouse are important deployments of CPC Central Committee.Accelerating the construction of rural credit system and giving full play to the role of grassroots party building in promoting rural revitalization is essential.The article takes the development process and effectiveness of grassroots party building leading the construction of credit villages in Tianchang City,Anhui Province as the research object,summarizes the problems existing in grassroots party building leading the construction of credit villages,conducts strategic analysis from institutional advantages,and clarifies the optimization practice path.In the construction of credit villages,guided by the grassroots party building,efforts should be made to cultivate a cadre team with both excellent qualities and professional skills,to elevate the ideological concepts of cadres and the masses,and to enhance the efficiency of digital technology application.By doing so,a comprehensive rural credit system can be established and a favorable economic environment will be made for the revitalization of rural areas.
