摘  要:水杨醛缩氨基硫脲的合成是应用化学专业综合实验的一部分。本研究以水杨醛和氨基硫脲为原料,在乙酸催化条件下,乙醇中加热回流3h制备,分离产率为75%~90%。为践行绿色低碳化学理念,在理论计算指导下,提出实验改进方案,并通过实验确立改进方案的可行性。改进后,实验以水为溶剂,在室温下反应,通过薄层色谱法监测反应的进程,0.5h后分离产率可达91.0%。本改进实验旨在激发学生对科学研究的探索欲望,增强学生的绿色低碳化学理念和环保意识。同时,基于理论计算指导构建实验改进方案,为其他教学及科研实验优化提供一种可借鉴的方法。Synthesis of salicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone is a part of the comprehensive experiment of Applied Chemistry.The synthesis method was as follows:salicylaldehyde and thiosemicarbazide were refluxed in ethanol for 3hours in the presence of catalytic amount of acetic acid.The object product was obtained with the yield of 75%-90%.In order to practice green and low-carbon chemistry concept,an improvement scheme was proposed based on theoretical calculation,and then was tested by the experiment.The improved reaction was conducted at room temperature in water and monitored by thin layer chromatography(TLC),affording the product in 91.0%yield after 0.5h.This improved experiment can stimulate students'desire to explore scientific research,and also enhance students'green and low-carbon chemistry concept and environmental awareness.Furthermore,the improvement scheme under the guidance of theoretical calculation provides a reference for the optimization of other teaching and scientific experiments.
