摘 要:强度不足是限制镁锂合金材料研究和应用的难题之一,复合化是提高金属材料强度的一条有效途径。本文采用搅拌铸造法制备了颗粒增强xTiC/LA123复合材料,并对其进行轧制变形。通过XRD、SEM和力学性能测试,研究TiC颗粒对铸态及轧制态xTiC/LA123复合材料力学性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明:随着TiC含量的升高,铸态复合材料晶粒尺寸降低,强度先升后降,在TiC的质量分数为6%时强度最高,屈服强度及抗拉强度为152、156 MPa。轧制后TiC颗粒沿轧制方向呈流线状分布,且强度变化规律与铸态复合材料规律一致,随TiC含量升高先升后降,屈服强度及抗拉强度升至237、252 MPa,比铸态分别提高了43%和44%。Lack of strength is one of the difficult problems that limit the research and application of MG-Li alloy materials.Compound is an effective way to improve the strength of metal materials.In this paper,particle reinforced xTiC/LA123 composite was prepared by stir casting method and deformed by rolling.The effects of TiC particles on the mechanical properties and microstructure of as-cast and rolled xTiC/LA123 composites were investigated by XRD,SEM and mechanical properties tests.The results show that the grain size of the as-cast composites decreases with the increase of TiC content,and the strength increases first and then decreases.The highest strength is obtained when the TiC content is 6%,and the yield strength and tensile strength are 152 MPa and 156 MPa.After rolling,the TiC particles distributed in a linear manner along the rolling direction,and the change of strength is consistent with that of the as-cast composites.With the increase of TiC content,the yield strength and tensile strength increase to 237 MPa and 252 MPa,which are 43%and 44%higher than that of the as-cast composites,respectively.
