摘  要:为了研究建筑用钢-连续纤维复合筋的单向拉伸力学性能,以玄武岩纤维为连续纤维原料,缠绕螺纹钢筋制备钢-连续纤维复合筋,用万能试验机对该复合筋施加单调及反复的单向拉伸力,测试其应力-应变关系,以及抗压强度与弹性模量等性能。结果表明:钢-连续纤维复合筋的塑性变形能力良好,且在玄武岩纤维的质量分数为35%时,复合筋的内芯屈服后外包纤维呈现出显著二次刚度,说明其单向拉伸性能最优。在高温下钢-连续纤维复合筋仍能保持较高的抗拉强度与弹性模量,说明其高温单向拉伸性能较优,可作为建筑的重要用材。In order to study the unidirectional tensile mechanical properties of construction steel-continuous fiber composite reinforcement,basalt fiber was used as continuous fiber raw material to prepare steel-continuous fiber composite reinforcement by winding threaded steel bar,and monotonous and repeated unidirectional tensile force was applied to the composite reinforcement with a universal testing machine to test its stress-strain relationship,compressive strength and elastic modulus and other properties.The results show that the plastic deformation ability of the steel-continuous fiber composite reinforcement is good,and when the mass fraction of basalt fiber is 35%,the inner core of the composite reinforcement shows significant secondary stiffness after yielding,indicating that its unidirectional tensile properties is the best.At high temperature,the steelcontinuous fiber composite reinforcement can still maintain high tensile strength and elastic modulus,indicating that its unidirectional tensile properties at high temperature is excellent,and can be used as an important construction material.
