摘 要:在极端环境下建筑外墙钢板涂层的耐久性与可靠性备受考验,尤其面对风雨侵蚀、沙尘侵袭、温度波动时,表面涂层易受损。为提升防护性能,在钢板表面制备环氧树脂涂层,开展建筑外墙钢板涂层的耐冲击磨料磨损研究。在不同法向载荷(25、50、75 N)下,测试钢板涂层的冲击磨料磨损特性。结果表明:在法向载荷为25 N时,涂层具有优异的耐磨性,接触应力较高,磨损深度有限,微观结构良好,当面对冲击磨料磨损时,其磨损量相对较低;随法向载荷增至50~75 N时,涂层磨损显著加剧,可承受的接触应力下降,磨损深度增加,微观形貌受损严重,尤其受到冲击磨料磨损时,磨损尤为突出,涂层脱落明显加剧。In extreme environments,the durability and reliability of the exterior steel plate coating are tested,especially in the face of wind and rain erosion,sand and dust invasion,and temperature fluctuations,the surface coating is vulnerable to damage.In order to improve the protection performance,epoxy resin coating was prepared on the surface of steel plate,and the impact abrasive wear resistance of steel plate coating on building exterior wall was studied.Under different normal loads(25,50,75 N),the impact abrasive wear characteristics of the steel plate coating were tested.The results show that when the normal load is 25 N,the coating has excellent wear resistance,high contact stress,limited wear depth and good microstructure,and the wear amount is relatively low when faced with impact abrasive wear.With the normal load increasing to 50-75 N,the wear of the coating significantly increases,the tolerable contact stress decreases,the wear depth increases,and the microscopic morphology is seriously damaged,especially when the impact abrasive wear is particularly prominent,and the coating falls off significantly.
