摘 要:建筑用的铝合金型材常直接暴露于外部环境,需承受风沙冲击、温度变化及自然环境中的酸雨等,这导致其表面涂层易被腐蚀,甚至失效。喷涂有机聚合物膜可解决该问题,但其耐腐蚀性、结合强度是关键。以聚氨酯为有机聚合物原料,用高温喷涂设备将预处理后的聚氨酯原料涂敷在铝合金型材表面,测试该薄膜在不同喷涂压力、温度下与铝合金之间的结合强度,以及在酸性和碱性环境中的耐腐蚀性,分析喷涂膜性能。结果表明:喷涂压力为0.75 MPa,喷涂温度为20~30℃时,薄膜和铝合金型材间的结合强度最好。同时,该薄膜耐低浓度酸性和碱性腐蚀,可较好防护铝合金型材表面。Aluminum alloy profiles used in construction are often directly exposed to the external environment,and need to withstand the impact of wind and sand,temperature changes and acid rain in the natural environment,which leads to the surface coating is easy to be corroded and even fails.Spraying organic polymer films solves this problem,but their corrosion resistance and bond strength are key.Using polyurethane as the raw material of organic polymer,the pretreated polyurethane raw material was coated on the surface of the aluminum alloy profile with high-temperature spraying equipment,and the bonding strength between the film and the aluminum alloy under different spraying pressures and temperatures,as well as the corrosion resistance in acidic and alkaline environments,and the performance of the spraying film was analyzed.The results show that when the spraying pressure is 0.75 MPa and the spraying temperature is 20-30℃,the bonding strength between the film and the aluminum alloy profile is the best.At the same time,the film is resistant to low-concentration acid and alkaline corrosion,and can better protect the surface of aluminum alloy profiles.
