摘 要:目的:对山东省某食品公司特丁基对苯二酚项目进行控制效果评价,提出防控措施和建议,有效预防职业病。方法:采用目前常用的检查表分析、职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素定性和定量分析评价、职业健康检查结果评价等方法进行综合分析。结果:该食品公司特丁基对苯二酚项目存在的职业病危害因素主要为特丁基对苯二酚粉尘、对苯二酚、甲苯、磷酸和噪声等。生产工艺流程符合卫生要求,具备安全有效的职业病危害防护设施设备,员工使用的职业病防护用品配置齐全,按周期完成职业健康监护,职业卫生管理措施规范。本次检测共采集12份定点特丁基对苯二酚粉尘,6份个体特丁基对苯二酚粉尘,合格率均为100%;检测噪声10个点,合格率为100%;采集定点和个体对苯二酚样品各3份,定点和个体磷酸样品各3份,合格率均为100%;采集个体甲苯样品12份,合格率为100%,定点甲苯样品12份,合格6份,合格率为50%,其中缩合工序离心机处3份定点甲苯样品严重超标。结论:在落实了补充措施及建议后,可以实现预防控制职业病危害、保护劳动者健康的目的。OBJECTIVE Evaluate the control effect of a food company’s tert butyl hydroquinone project,propose prevention and control measures and suggestions,and effectively prevent occupational diseases.METHODS Comprehensive analysis was con⁃ducted using commonly used methods such as checklist analysis,occupational health on-site investigation,qualitative and quantita⁃tive analysis and evaluation of occupational disease hazards,and evaluation of occupational health examination results.RESULTS The occupational hazard factors present in the project mainly include tert butyl hydroquinone dust,hydroquinone,toluene,phos⁃phoric acid and noise.The production process met hygiene requirements,had safe and effective occupational disease hazard protec⁃tion facilities and equipment,and the occupational disease protection equipment used by employees was complete,occupational health monitoring was completed on a regular basis,and occupational health management measures specification.A total of 12 fixed-point tert butyl hydroquinone dust samples and 6 individual tert butyl hydroquinone dust samples were collected for the test,with a qualification rate of 100%.Detect 10 points of noise,with a pass rate of 100%.Collect 3 fixed point and 3 individual sam⁃ples of hydroquinone,and 3 fixed point and 3 individual phosphate samples,with a qualification rate of 100%.12 individual tolu⁃ene samples were collected,with a qualification rate of 100%.Among the 12 fixed-point toluene samples,6 were qualified,with a qualification rate of 50%.Among them,3 fixed point toluene samples at the centrifuge of the condensation process severely ex⁃ceeded the standard.CONCLUSION After implementing supplementary measures and suggestions,the project can achieve the goal of preventing and controlling occupational disease hazards and protecting the health of workers.
