摘 要:基于对电火花线切割机床已有研究的分析,运用弹性模态理论,通过胡克定律推导出了DK7740KJ型电火花线切割机床电极丝的固有频率计算公式,进而利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对电极丝的理想化模型进行建模并设置边界条件,仿真得出了预紧力为19 N时电极丝的前六阶模态值及振型,通过对比有限元仿真结果和计算数值,验证了所建模型及所设置边界条件的有效性。通过模态分析得到在不同跨距、不同张紧力下电极丝的固有频率,结论是:随着跨距的减小或张紧力的增大,电极丝的模态值增大。研究结论为提高电火花线切割机床的工件加工精度提供了参考。With the existing research on WEDM machine tools,this paper derived a formula to calculate the natural frequency of the wire electrode of the DK7740KJ WEDM machine tool by applying Hooke’s law with the elastic modal theory.Based on this,an idealized model of the wire electrode was constructed and its boundary conditions were set with the software ANSYS Workbench.Through the simulation experiment,the modal values and mode shapes of the first six orders of the wire electrode were obtained when the pre-tightening force was 19N.By comparing the simulation results with the calculated values,the model and the boundary conditions were verified to be effective.Through modal analysis,we obtained the natural frequency with different spans and various degrees of tension and concluded that the modal value of the wire electrode rose as the span reduced or the tension increased,which can be used for reference to improve the precision of the workpiece processing of WEDM machine tools.
