摘 要:为实现工业现场总线和以太网的转换,提出了一种基于单片机的工业智能网关设计方案。单片机主控制器采用STM32F429ZIT7芯片,配合隔离型RS485收发器和以太网硬件协议栈芯片实现网关与终端设备的双向通信。电路包括RS485接口电路、以太网接口电路、时钟电路、板载电源电路、PD(受电端设备,Power Device,简称PD)电源电路。以电路原理为依据进行了PCB(印制电路板,Printed Circuit Board,简称PCB)设计和可靠性设计,降低了电磁辐射,提高了可靠性。以Modbus RTU模式为例给出了协议定义,实现下位机的软件设计。经测试,设计方案可行、可靠。A design scheme for an industrial intelligent gateway based on the single-chip microcomputer was proposed to convert industrial fieldbus into Ethernet.Bidirectional communication between gateway and terminal devices was achieved through the single-chip microcomputer in which the STM32F429ZIT7 chip was used as the main controller,together with the isolated RS485 transceiver and the Ethernet hardware protocol stack chip.The electric circuits were designed for the RS485 interface,Ethernet interface,clock,onboard power,and PD(Power Device).Based on the fundamentals of electric circuits,PCB(Printed Circuit Board)and reliability were designed to reduce electromagnetic radiation and improve reliability.With Modbus RTU as an example,the definition of the protocol was given to design the software for the slave device.The design scheme has been tested and proved to be feasible and reliable.
