特质焦虑与跨期决策的关系:自我损耗的中介作用和时间洞察力调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探究自我损耗在特质焦虑与跨期决策之间的中介作用以及时间洞察力的调节作用。方法:采用特质焦虑量表、自我损耗量表、金钱选择问卷、时间洞察力量表对536名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)自我损耗在特质焦虑与延迟折扣率之间起完全中介作用β=0.19,95%CI为[0.07,0.30];(2)平衡时间洞察力的反向指标(DBTP)与时间洞察力维度中的现在冲动、现在宿命与未来维度和在自我损耗与延迟折扣率的关系中分别起调节作用(β=0.09,0.10,0.11,-0.07;P<0.05)。结论:特质焦虑能够增加个体的自我损耗,进而促使个体选择即时奖励。对于持DBTP以及现在冲动和现在宿命倾向的个体,这种促进作用会增强,对于持未来倾向的个体,这种促进作用会减弱。Objective:To investigate the mediating role of ego depletion in the relationship between trait-anxiety and intertemporal choice,as well as the moderating effect of time-perspective.Methods:A survey was conducted on 536 college students using the Trait-Anxiety Scale,Ego Depletion Scale,Money Choice Questionnaire,and Time Perspective Inventory.Results:①Ego depletion fully mediated the relationship between trait-anxiety and the discounting rateβ=0.19,95%CI[0.07,0.30];②The reverse indicator of balanced time perspective(DBTP)and the dimensions of present impulsivity,present fatalism,and future perspective within time perspective moderated the relationship between ego depletion and the discounting rate(β=0.09,0.10,0.11,-0.07;P<0.05).Conclusion:Trait-anxiety increases individual ego depletion,leading to a preference for immediate reward.This facilitative effect is enhanced for individuals with DBTP and tendencies towards present impulsivity and present fatalism,but weakened for those with a future-oriented perspective.
