摘  要:盾构隧道管片结构广泛应用于地铁隧道等工程中,其在外部围压作用下的承载能力和破坏模式对地铁的安全运营具有关键影响。为了分析盾构隧道管片衬砌结构的承载能力和破坏模式,本文提出了外部围压加载模式的计算理论;建立了3环管片结构三维实体有限元模型,并对正常使用荷载下管片的应力和变形响应进行了计算;对管片的屈曲模态进行了分析;对非线性极限承载性能进行了探讨,并揭示了结构的破坏模式。研究结果表明,在正常荷载模式下,结构最大应力值为单轴抗压强度的61.5%,变形后呈现非对称的椭圆形,变形较小,椭圆度符合相关规范要求,结构处于安全工作状态,不会出现稳定性问题。当荷载因子为2.90时结构破坏,此时应力最大值达到抗压极限强度,且出现较大的变形,椭圆度达到了2.23%,远远超过了规范要求,且此时混凝土单元出现大面积失效,而螺栓的最大轴向应力仅为屈服极限的20%,盾构隧道管片结构在围压作用下的破坏模式为混凝土破坏。Segment lining structure is widely used in subway tunnels and other projects.Its bearing capacity and failure mode under external confining pressure are critical to the safety of tunnels.In order to study the load-bearing capacity and failure mode of the segment lining structure of the shield tunnel,the calculation theory of the external confining pressure loading modes were proposedin this paper.A three-dimensional solid FE model for the three-ring segment structures was established,and the stress and deformation response of the segment under normal loading condition were calculated.The buckling mode of the segment was analyzed.The nonlinear ultimate stability bearing capacity was studied,and the damage mode for the structure was revealed.The research results show that under the normal load condition,the maximum stress value of the structure is 61.5%of the uniaxial compressive strength.The deformation mode presented an asymmetrical ellipse,the amount of which was small,meeting the requirements of the specification.The structure was in a safe working state and there would be no stability problems.The structure was broken when the load factor increased to 2.90,with the maximum stress reaching the ultimate compressive strength and large deformation occurred.The value of ovality for segment liming was 2.23%,far exceeding the standard limit.The concrete showed extensive failure,while the maximum axial stress of the bolt was only 20%of the yield limit,and the failure mode of the tunnel segment structure under the confining pressure is concrete failure.
