赣西地区某历史会馆结构修缮设计及抗震性能分析

摘  要:某历史会馆位于江西省宜春市袁州区,建于清光绪年间,为宜春市文物保护单位。该会馆为赣西地区典型砖木结构,内部为穿斗式木结构,外围为空斗墙。由于年久失修,加之遭遇火灾,整体房屋破坏严重。首先,对该结构的破损情况进行了分析,同时根据安全性鉴定的结果,提出了“揭顶+落架”的大修方法。其次,提出“空斗墙+穿斗木结构”混合结构的数值建模方法,并建立空间计算模型进行分析。根据计算结果对破损的墙、梁、柱等结构构件进行了结构修缮设计。提出了复建空斗墙新增圈梁和构造柱的做法,增加了结构的整体性。最后,通过不同地震水准下的非线性时程分析,验证了修缮后结构的抗震性能可满足规范要求。提出的修缮设计方法和结构数值建模方法可为赣西地区类似历史建筑的修缮提供参考。A historic Hall is located in Yuanzhou County,Yichun City,Jiangxi Provinces.It was built in the Qing Dynasty.It is the heritage protection unit of Yichun.This Hall is a typical masonry and timber structure in west Jiangxi province.The timber structure is in the interior and the hollow brick wall is in the outside.Because of the bad maintenance and the fire,the hall is badly damaged.Firstly,these structural damages were analyzed and judged in this paper.In the same time,the results of safety appraisal were considered.The remedy method of overhauling and rebuilding was presented in this paper.Secondly,the simulation of masonry and timber structure was presented in this paper.And the spatial model was built and analyzed.By the results of calculation,the restoration disposes of the damage elements,such as masonry wall,timber beams and timber columns,were presented in this paper.The ring beam and construction column were arranged in hollow brick wall,which improved the structural integrity.This new design method was applied in this project.Finally,by nonlinear time history analysis under different intensity earthquake,the seismic capacity and the holistic property of this building were improved.These repair and calculation methods can offer references to the similar structures in west Jiangxi province.
