基于P-S-R模型的都市旅游区土地利用生态效应评价——以海口市滨海旅游区为例

摘　　要：随着旅游业的快速发展,生态环境面临着来自多方的压力,对旅游用地生态效应进行评价迫在眉睫。以海口市滨海旅游区旅游用地为案例区域,利用P-S-R模型,选取经济压力、环境状态、人文响应指标,构建旅游用地生态效应评价指标体系,分析不同压力因素对生态系统的影响,评估生态系统的健康状况,并制定相应的环境保护政策。研究表明:(1)研究区旅游用地生态效应总体较差,有波动;(2)经济发展是旅游用地生态效应的主要压力;(3)旅游用地人文应对力不足。根据评价结果,提出区域可持续发展的措施:(1)合理规划城区和城郊旅游用地,促进旅游业和区域可持续发展;(2)改善人居环境,发展公益旅游和文化旅游;(3)加强与周边旅游区合作,缓解省会城市旅游压力;(4)改善旅游产业结构,提升旅游用地生态效应;(5)建立完善旅游用地生态环境保护规章制度,加强对破坏旅游用地生态环境行为的打击处罚力度。With the rapid development of tourism,the ecological environment is under pressure from many sources.Therefore,it is urgent to evaluate the ecological effect of tourism land.Taking the tourism land of the coastal tourism area in Haikou as the case area and selecting economic pressure,environmental state and humanistic response as the indicators,this paper builds an evaluation index system of ecological effect by employing the P-S-R index system model,analyzes the impact of different pressure factors on the ecosystem,evaluates the health status of the ecosystem,and formulates corresponding environmental protection policies.The results are as follows:(1)The general ecological effect of tourism land in the study area is poor and fluctuated;(2)Economic development is the main pressure on the ecological effect of tourism land;(3)The tourism land lacks sufficient humanistic response.According to the evaluation results,the following measures of regional sustainable development are put forward:(1)Rational planning of urban and suburban tourism lands can promote the sustainable development of tourism and region;(2)The living environment should be improved to develop voluntourism and cultural tourism;(3)Cooperation with surrounding tourist areas should be strengthened to ease the tourism pressure of provincial capitals;(4)The ecological effect of tourism land can be enhanced through improving the tourism industry structure;(5)The rules and regulations for protecting the ecological environment of tourism land must be completed and the crackdown on the destruction of ecological environment of tourism land must be reinforced.
