摘 要:为有效评估腐蚀对长期服役杆塔承载力特性造成的影响,采用扫描电镜、拉伸试验、轴压承载力试验和模拟仿真的方法,研究了不同腐蚀程度对杆塔构件腐蚀率、屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后延伸率、弹性模量和杆塔构件承载力的影响。结果表明:随着腐蚀程度的增加,杆塔构件屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后延伸率会呈非线性降低,而弹性模量基本不受腐蚀的影响;截面损失率越大,构件承载力越低,中间位置的腐蚀对构件的影响大于边部位置。To effectively evaluate the impact of corrosion on the bearing capacity characteristics of long-term service towers,scanning electron microscopy,tensile testing,axial compression bearing capacity testing,and simulation methods were used to study the effects of different degrees of corrosion on the corrosion rate,yield strength,tensile strength,elongation after fracture,elastic modulus,and bearing capacity of tower components.The research results indicate that the yield strength,tensile strength,and elongation after fracture of tower components will decrease nonlinearly with the increasing corrosion degree,while the elastic modulus is basically not affected by corrosion.The greater the cross-sectional loss rate,the lower the bearing capacity of the component.The effect of corrosion at the middle position is greater than that at the edge position.
