摘　　要：针对软件外包高水平信息技术人才缺乏的现状,分析软件外包人才综合能力构成,指出产教融合培养软件外包人才综合能力的必要性,提出产教融合培养软件外包人才综合能力的路径:开展教学改革,推行“教、学、做、评”一体化教学;发挥企业作用,形成“共育、共管、共担、共享”机制;打造信息平台,为产教融合各主体提供精准化信息服务;按照岗位要求,开发课程标准和线上与线下教学资源;兼顾多方利益,开创“政府、高校、企业、学生”多赢局面。研究成果助力软件外包人才培养,满足软件外包产业转型升级发展的现实需求。In response to China's current situation of lacking of software outsourcing high-level information technology talents, this article analyzes the composition of comprehensive abilities of software outsourcing talents, points out the necessity of integrating industry and education to cultivate comprehensive abilities of software outsourcing talents, and proposes the path of integrating industry and education to cultivate comprehensive abilities of software outsourcing talents: carrying out teaching reform and promoting integrated teaching of “teaching, learning, doing, and evaluating”;Giving full play to the role of enterprises and establishing a mechanism of “co education, co management, co responsibility, and sharing”;Building an information platform to provide precise information services for various entities involved in the integration of industry and education;Developing course standards and online and offline teaching resources according to job requirements;Balancing multiple interests and creating a win-win situation for “government, universities, enterprises, and students”. The research results help cultivate software outsourcing talents and meet the practical needs of the transformation and upgrading development of the software outsourcing industry.
