摘　　要：体育外交是新时代中国总体外交的重要组成部分。对照新时代体育外交实践发展的新形势、新任务和新要求,我国体育外交还存在组织机构不完善、群众参与度较低、理论支撑缺乏和人才培养不足等问题,复杂的国际形势也削弱了其效用。应当提升体育部门、外交部门、非政府体育组织之间的协同能力,形成工作合力;鼓励群众参与,重视驻外人员在对外体育交流中的作用;开展跨学科理论研究和复合型人才培养;注重利用各类媒体和知名运动员等传播资源,改善国际舆论环境,提升我国体育外交工作的质量和效果。Sports diplomacy is an important part of China’s overall diplomacy in the new era.Compared with the new situation,new tasks and new requirements of the development of sports diplomacy practice in the new era,there are still some problems in China’s sports diplomacy,such as imperfect organization,low mass participation,lack of theoretical support and insufficient personnel training.The complex international situation has also weakened its effectiveness.The coordination ability among sports departments,diplomatic departments and non-governmental sports organizations should be improved to form a joint force;encourage the participation of the masses,attach importance to the role of foreign personnel in foreign sports exchanges;carry out interdisciplinary theoretical research and compound talent training;pay attention to the use of all kinds of media and famous athletes and other communication resources,improve the international public opinion environment,improve the quality and effect of China’s sports diplomacy.
