摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,系统探讨运动员在国际体育组织中的利益攸关方地位,以及其在组织决策过程中的边缘化现状。从非政府组织问责的视角,分析运动员与国际体育组织之间的利益共轭关系。指出,无论是运动员委员会还是在线数字平台,由于缺乏有效的权力制衡机制,运动员参与组织决策在很大程度上只是象征性的。为此,应建立更加规范和包容的参与机制,确保国际体育组织充分向下履责。By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper systematically discusses the stakeholder status of athletes in international sports organizations and their marginalization in the process of organizational decision-making.From the perspective of non-governmental organization accountability,this paper analyzes the interest conjugate relationship between athletes and international sports organizations.It is pointed out that whether it is the athletes’committee or the online digital platform,due to the lack of effective power balance mechanism,athletes’participation in organizational decision-making is largely symbolic.To this end,a more standardized and inclusive participation mechanism should be established to ensure that international sports organizations fully perform their downward responsibilities.
