摘　　要：痤疮皮杆菌(Cutibacterium acnes)可以引起皮肤及其他组织或器官感染和疾病,是造成青春痘的主要细菌,所以研究较多,发展变化较快,尤其最近其分类学发生了较大的变化,使其研究和临床应用等方面不易追踪而造成混乱。本文从痤疮皮杆菌的分类进化、生理生态、保护机制及其利用、致病机制及其防御治疗等方面进行综述,以期了解痤疮皮杆菌系统进化关系,全面而系统地了解该类微生物,为其服务于后期的深入研究、治疗预防等应用提供参考。Cutibacterium acnes can cause infections and diseases of skin and other tissues or organs,it is the main bacterium that caused acne.Therefore,they were paid more attention to study and development rapidly in recent years,especially the great change on its taxonomy,which may make it difficult to study and clinically applied and caused perturbation.This paper mainly reviews on taxonomy,physiology ecology,protection mechanism and utilization of C.acnes from their taxonomy and evolution,the pathogenic mechanism and prevention treatments,so as to put it in order and correction of C.acnes phylogenetic relationship and comprehensively and systematically understand this kind of microorganism and serve the decline of in-depth and further study on them,the application of their treatment and prevention,and so on.
