摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,由于抽水蓄能电站大坝初次蓄水后运行水位升降变化频繁,致使大坝不同阶段边界条件不断变化,其施工期-蓄水期-运行期工作性态值得重视和研究。针对这一问题,以周宁抽水蓄能碾压混凝土重力坝为例,结合监测数据分析和三维有限元仿真计算程序Saptis,对重力坝施工期-蓄水期-运行期工作性态进行全过程研究分析。结果表明:施工期混凝土实际监测温度与仿真计算温度过程基本吻合,混凝土最高温度受浇筑季节和材料分区影响,混凝土最大应力不超过1.5 MPa,满足抗裂要求;蓄水期水位以下混凝土表面温度基本等于库水温,随着库水温变化而发生周期性变化,水位变化区的混凝土变形和应力随着水位的变化而变化;长期运行后,大坝变形逐渐增大,坝顶最大可达到16 mm,大坝混凝土长期应力小于混凝土允许应力,抗裂安全满足要求。In the context of“Dual carbon”,the boundary conditions of the dam in pumped-storage power station at different stages are constantly changing due to the frequent fluctuation of operating water level after the initial impoundment of reservoir.Therefore,the working behavior of the dam during construction,storage and operation periods is worthy of attention and research.In response to this issue,taking the roller-compacted concrete gravity dam of Zhouning Pumped-storage Power Station as an example,and combined with monitoring data analysis and the three-dimensional finite element simulation calculation program Saptis,the working behavior of the gravity dam during construction,storage and operation periods is studied.The results show that:(a)the actual monitoring temperature of concrete during the construction period is basically consistent with the simulation calculation temperature process,the maximum temperature of concrete is affected by the pouring season and material zoning,and the maximum stress of concrete does not exceed 1.5 MPa,meeting the crack resistance requirements;(b)the surface temperature of concrete below the water level during the storage period is basically equal to the reservoir water temperature,which undergoes periodic changes with changes in reservoir water temperature,and the deformation and stress of concrete in the water level change zone change with the change of water level;and(c)after long-term operation,the deformation of the dam gradually increases and the maximum deformation of the dam crest can reach 16 mm,and the long-term stress of the dam concrete is less than the allowable stress of the concrete,meeting the crack resistance requirements.
