摘  要:结合我国西南某流域干热河谷地区某大型水电工程,深入开展了高效抗裂剂对水工混凝土力学性能、变形性能和抗冲磨性能的演化规律研究。结果表明,掺加高效抗裂剂的水工混凝土,其自生体积变形和抗冲磨强度较基准组有所增加,增加量与高效抗裂剂的掺量呈正相关;单位面积上的总开裂面积、干缩率较基准组有所减少,减少量与高效抗裂剂的掺量呈正相关。从孔结构分析角度阐释了抗冲磨性能提升的细观机理。综上,高效抗裂剂对水工混凝土的抗冲磨性能有较好的改善作用。In connection with a large hydropower project in dry and hot river valley area in a basin in southwest China,the evolution law of high-efficiency anti-cracking agent on the mechanical properties,deformation properties and impact and abrasion resistance of hydraulic concrete is studied.The results show that,(a)the autogenous volume deformation and the impact-abrasion resistance of hydraulic concrete mixed with high-efficiency anti-cracking agent are increased compared with the baseline group,and the increase is positively correlated with the dosage of high-efficiency anti-cracking agent;and(b)the total cracking area per unit area and the dry shrinkage rate are decreased compared with the baseline group,and the decrease is positively correlated with the dosage of high-efficiency anti-cracking agent.The microscopic mechanism for the enhancement of impact-abrasion resistance is explained from the perspective of pore structure analysis.In conclusion,the high-efficiency anti-cracking agent has a better effect on the improvement of impact-abrasion resistance of hydraulic concrete.
