摘  要:为解决运行频繁的高水头闸门止水结构复杂、造价高昂的问题,采用模型试验的方法提出了一种双水封的结构形式。经过实物模型验证,针对70~100 m高水头且需局部开启的闸门,该双水封结构形式既能满足封水效果要求,又可以降低工程造价,技术经济性良好。该方案属于创新设计,可为同类型闸门的水封设计提供借鉴。In order to solve the problems of complex structure and high cost of the seal device of high-head gates which are frequently operated,a new type of seal called double-seal is explored by model tests.The test results show that,for those gates with a head of 70 m to 100 m and needs to be partially opened,the double-seal structure cannot only meet the requirement of sealing effect but also helps to reduce the cost,which means to a good technical feasibility and economy.This double-seal scheme is an innovative design,and can provide reference for the seal design of same type gates.
