摘 要:冠心病(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,CHD)是冠状动脉粥样硬化引起血管腔狭窄或阻塞导致的缺血性心脏病,临床表现为心绞痛、心力衰竭或心源性猝死,是我国城乡居民主要死亡原因之一。circRNA是一类非编码RNA,可作为miRNA或RNA结合蛋白的上游调控分子,参与内皮细胞功能障碍、平滑肌细胞迁移、巨噬细胞泡沫化、血管新生、心肌损伤与修复、心梗后心衰等CHD病理过程,其表达模式具有疾病特异性和组织特异性,展现出作为疾病治疗靶点和生物标志物的潜力,同时也为中药药物靶点开发提供了新的方向。该文就近年来circRNA调控CHD的研究进展及中药干预机制作出综述,为CHD相关研究提供参考。Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)is an ischemic cardiovascular condition caused by the narrowing or blockage of the vascular lumen due to coronary atherosclerosis.Clinically,it presents as angina pectoris,heart failure,or sudden cardiac death,and stands as one of the primary causes of mortality among both urban and rural populations in China.CircRNA,classified as non-coding RNAs,can function as upstream regulatory molecules for miRNA or RNA-binding proteins.They actively participate in various pathological processes associated with CHD,including endothelial cell dysfunction,smooth muscle cell migration,macrophage-derived foam cell formation,angiogenesis,myocardial injury,and repair,as well as post-infarction heart failure.The expression pattern of these molecules is highly specific to the illness and tissue,indicating their potential as therapeutic targets for disease management and as biomarkers.Furthermore,they also open up new avenues for drug target development in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.This article aims to provide an overview of the recent research progress on circRNA in the regulation of coronary heart disease,as well as the mechanisms involved in traditional Chinese medicine.It serves as a valuable reference for future research on coronary heart disease.
