高校教师职业道德建设存在的问题与提升路径

摘  要:教育是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略先导,而教师是教育事业发展的关键,教师的职业道德修养影响着其职业生涯发展,也会在潜移默化中对学生的价值观产生影响。目前,高校教师队伍的教学和科研领域出现了职业道德欠缺的问题。针对高校教师职业道德建设懈怠、教师职业道德意识淡薄、教师学术道德修养有待提高等三个问题提出了建议,即高校应加大师德宣传和教育力度,增强教师职业道德意识,建立健全高校教师职业道德评价体系,加大高校教师职业道德考核力度,健全师德奖惩机制,落实立德树人根本任务。Education is a strategic priority for the comprehensive development of a modern socialist country with strength in various aspects,and teachers are the key to the development of education.The professional ethics of teachers will affect their own career development,and will have a subtle influence on students’values.At present,there is a lack of professional ethics in the teaching and research of university teachers.This paper,in terms of the slack in teachers’professional ethics construction,teachers’lack of professional ethics consciousness as well as teachers’academic ethics,puts forward some suggestions to deal with these three problems,namely strengthening the ethics promotion and education in colleges and universities,improving teachers’professional ethics consciousness,establishing and improving the university teachers’professional ethics evaluation system,increasing the intensity of college teachers’professional ethics assessment,improving the ethics rewards and punishment mechanism implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.
