摘  要:新生育政策背景下,高职院校托育专业人才培养是满足人民群众入托需求、实现“幼有所育”的基本条件和保障,关系到我国人口发展战略的实施与落地。作为新兴专业,在实际专业建设中面临着专业定位不清晰、专业特色不鲜明、师资实力不雄厚、课程设置不合理、课程资源不丰富、实训平台建设落后等困境,高职院校可以通过加强顶层设计,厘清专业内涵与培养目标;开展医育融合,构建多学科交叉专业群;优化师资队伍,实行“双导师制”;构建“医育融合”课程体系,架构“岗课赛证”教学模式;打造专业实践平台,实现产教融合等策略,实现托育专业人才培养质量的提升。In the context of the new fertility policy,the training of infant childcare service and management professionals in higher vocational colleges is a basic condition and guarantee for the realization of the“childcare”and meeting the needs of the people.It is related to the implementation of my country’s population strategy.As an emerging major,the actual professional construction faces problems like unclear professional positioning,unique professional characteristics,unruly teacher strength,unreasonable curriculum settings,lack of curriculum resources,and backward training platform construction.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the top-level design,clarify the professional connotation and cultivation goals;carry out medical integration,build multidisciplinary cross-professional groups;optimize the teaching team and implement the dual tutor system;build a“medical integration”curriculum system,and“post-certificate”teaching mode;create a professional practice platform,realize the strategy of integration of production and education,and improve the training of infant childcare service and management professionals.
