摘 要:截止2023年底,湖南预警站网系统已全面建设完成。通过以最大概率峰值位移(PGD)为指标对湖南三类站点的背景噪声水平进行计算,在此基础上基于传统地震监测能力评估方法、考虑时效性的4台定位理论以及平均台间距方法计算综合分析湖南预警站网系统理论监测预警及烈度速报能力。结果表明:湖南95%地区能监测M_(L)2.1级以下地震、预警时间在10.1 s以下、能预警震级在M_(L)4.4级以上地震、烈度速报精度在38 km以下。国家地震烈度速报与预警工程湖南子项目实施完成后,湖南预警站网已具备一定的预警能力和烈度速报能力,具备较好的地震监测能力。As of the end of 2023,the comprehensive construction of the Hunan early warning station network system has been completed.In this paper,the maximum probabilistic peak ground displacement(PGD)was used as an index to calculate the background noise level of three types of stations in Hunan.On this basis,the traditional earthquake monitoring capability evaluation method,the four-station positioning theory considering timeliness,and the average station spacing method were used to comprehensively analyze the theoretical monitoring,early warning,and intensity rapid reporting capabilities of the Hunan early warning station network system.The results show that 95% of areas in Hunan Province can monitor earthquakes below M_(L)2.1,with a warning time of less than 10.1 seconds,and warn earthquakes above M_(L)4.4,with an accuracy of intensity rapid reporting below 38 km.After the completion of the Hunan sub-project of the National Earthquake Intensity Rapid Reporting and Early Warning Project,the Hunan Early Warning Station Network has a certain level of early warning and intensity rapid reporting capabilities,and has good earthquake monitoring capabilities.
