摘　　要：农业以数字转型促进高质量发展形成“数质化”趋势,而新质生产力是驱动农业数质化的动力引擎。本文采用文献研究法和逻辑分析法研究新质生产力赋能农业数质化的核心要义。在内在机理上,新质生产力与农业数质化既有理论渊源关联,又有现实联系。在逻辑底蕴上,具有新质生产力推进农业数字转型的历史底蕴、促进农业提质增效的实践底蕴和夯实农业可持续性的内在底蕴。在逆境形态上,存在农业数字转型实施条件覆盖缺乏全面性、农业高质量发展的要素部署缺乏均衡性、农业专业技术人才培养体系缺乏完备性等现实困境。在驱动行径上,需要完善农业数字转型基础建设与资金支持,确保农业高质量发展资源要素均衡配置,编织全新全能全面专业技术人才调度网。The trend of digitization and quantification stems from the course of agricultural high quality driven by digital transformation,while the new quality productivity is the power pushing the agricultural digitization and quantification.The core meanings of agricultural digitization and quantification empowered by new quality productivity are discussed with the method of literature research and logical analysis.Regarding the intrinsic mechanism,there are both theoretical relations and practical connections between the new quality productivity and agricultural digitization and quantification.Regarding the logical heritage,the new quality productivity promotes agricultural digital transformation in the term of historical heritage,improves agricultural quality and efficiency in the term of practical heritage,and consolidates agricultural sustainability in the term of internal heritage.Regarding the adversity,there are some lacks of comprehensive coverage of the implementation conditions of agricultural digital transformation,balanced deployment of factors for high-quality agricultural development,and completeness of agricultural professional and technical personnel training system.Regarding the path,it is necessary to improve the infrastructure and financial support for agricultural digital transformation,improve the balanced allocation of resources for high-quality agricultural development,and weave a new all-round professional and technical personnel scheduling network.
