摘  要:绿色、安全、有效的饲料添加剂能极大地提高畜禽生长性能和改善肉品质。半胱胺在生物学上来源于半胱氨酸代谢,是乙酰辅酶A的组成部分,具有多种生物学功能,在动物生产中作为饲料添加剂被广泛应用。该文就半胱胺作为饲料添加剂调控畜禽生长性能、消化吸收、激素分泌和免疫功能等方面进行综述,以期为半胱胺的使用提供一定的应用借鉴和理论参考。Green,safe and effective feed additives can greatly improve the growth performance and meat quali-ty in livestock and poultry applications.Cysteamine,as a component of acetyl-CoA,originates from cysteine metabolism.It has been shown to have a variety of biological functions and is widely used as a feed additive in animal production.This article discussed how the cysteamine,as a feed additive,regulates growth perform-ance,digestion and absorption,hormone secretion and immune function during the growth of livestock and poultry,which provide some application and theoretical reference for the use of cysteamine.
