摘 要:本试验旨在研究蒙脱石复配物对龙岩山麻鸭高产系产蛋性能、蛋品质、生殖器官指数、血清抗氧化和肠道通透性指标及蛋壳超微结构的影响。选用420日龄龙岩山麻鸭高产系475只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复19只。基础饲粮组(BD组)饲喂基础饲粮,霉变饲粮组(MD组)饲喂霉变饲粮,试验组在霉变饲粮中分别添加0.02 g/kg葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD组)、1.50 g/kg蒙脱石(MT组)和1.50 g/kg蒙脱石复配物(MC组)。预试期7 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:1)与BD组相比,MD组日产蛋重、输卵管重量指数和输卵管长度指数显著降低(P<0.05),料蛋比及血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、内毒素(ET)、D-乳酸(D-Lac)含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。2)与MD组相比,MC组日产蛋重、蛋壳重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、输卵管重量指数和输卵管长度指数显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);MT组蛋壳重和输卵管重量指数显著提高(P<0.05);GOD组平均日采食量、蛋壳重和输卵管重量指数显著增加(P<0.05)。3)与MD组相比,MC组和GOD组血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清过氧化氢酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);MT组和MC组血清ET含量显著降低,GOD组血清ET含量和DAO活性显著降低(P<0.05)。4)蛋壳超微结构显示,MC组总厚度和有效层厚度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。各组之间乳突层厚度、有效层比例、乳突层比例和乳突宽度差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,霉变饲粮中添加1.50 g/kg的由蒙脱石和葡萄糖氧化酶组成的蒙脱石复配物,可通过提高机体抗氧化能力和增强肠道屏障功能,提高龙岩山麻鸭高产系产蛋性能、生殖器官指数、蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度,对蛋壳超微结构具有改善作用,效果优于蒙脱石或葡萄糖氧化酶单独添加。This study aimed to investigate the effects of montmorillonite complex on laying performance,egg quality,reproductive organ indexes,serum antioxidant and intestinal permeability indexes and eggshell ultra-structure of high-yield Longyan Shan-Ma ducks.A total of 475 four hundred and twenty-day-old high-yield Longyan Shan-Ma ducks were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 19 ducks per rep-licate.The basal diet group(BD group)was fed a basal diet,the mildew diet group(MD group)was fed a mildew diet,and the experimental groups were fed the mildew diets supplemented with 0.02 g/kg glucose oxi-dase(GOD group),1.50 g/kg montmorillonite(MT group)and 1.50 g/kg montmorillonite complex(MC group),respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the BD group,the daily egg weight,tubal weight in-dex and tubal length index were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the feed to egg ratio and serum diamine ox-idase(DAO)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA),endotoxin(ET),D-lactic acid(D-Lac)contents were significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the MD group,the daily egg weight,eggshell weight,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,tubal weight index and tubal length index of MC group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the eggshell weight and tubal weight index of MT group were significantly increased(P<0.05);the average daily feed intake,egg-shell weight and tubal weight index of GOD group were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the MD group,the serum MDA content of MC group and GOD group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum catalase activity was significantly increased(P<0.05);the serum ET content of MT group and MC group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum ET content and DAO activity of GOD group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).4)The eggshell ultrastructure showed that the total thickness and ef-fec
