摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加琥珀酸对滩羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、瘤胃发酵参数以及屠宰性能的影响。将体重相近的36只5月龄滩羊随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复3只羊。对照组饲喂不添加琥珀酸的饲粮,LSUC组饲喂添加0.5%琥珀酸的饲粮,MSUC组饲喂添加1.0%琥珀酸的饲粮,HSUC组饲喂添加2.0%琥珀酸的饲粮。预试期10 d,正试期60 d。结果显示:1)MSUC组、HSUC组的平均日增重较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);LSUC组、MSUC组、HSUC组的干物质采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);MSUC组、HSUC组的料重比较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);LSUC组、MSUC组、HSUC组的胴体重和GR值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,LSUC组、MSUC组、HSUC组的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率均显著增加(P<0.05),HSUC组的粗蛋白质表观消化率显著增加(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,MSUC组、HSUC组的瘤胃液pH显著降低(P<0.05);LSUC组、MSUC组、HSUC组的瘤胃液氨态氮浓度显著降低(P <0.05);MSUC组、HSUC组的瘤胃液乙酸浓度显著升高(P <0.05);LSUC组、MSUC组的瘤胃液丙酸浓度显著升高(P<0.05);LSUC组、MSUC组、HSUC组的瘤胃液丁酸、总挥发性脂肪浓度均显著升高(P<0.05);LSUC组的瘤胃液乙酸/丙酸显著降低(P<0.05)。瘤胃液纤维素酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性4组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上可知,饲粮中添加琥珀酸可以提高滩羊的采食量,促进瘤胃发酵,提高饲料转化效率,从而提高滩羊的日增重和屠宰性能。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of succinic acid supplementation on growth per-formance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,rumen fermentation parameters and slaughter performance of Tan sheep.Thirty-six 5-month-old Tan sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 3 sheep per replicate.Sheep in control group were fed a diet without succinic acid,and those in LSUC,MSUC and HSUC groups were fed diets with 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%succinic acid,respec-tively.The pre-test period was 10 days and the experimental period was 60 days.The results showed as fol-lows:1)the average daily gain of sheep in the MSUC and HSUC groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the dry matter intake in the LSUC,MSUC and HSUC groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the feed/gain ratio in the MSUC and HSUC groups was sig-nificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the carcass weight and GR value in the LSUC,MSUC and HSUC groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of sheep in the LSUC,MSUC and HSUC groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of crude protein in the HSUC groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the rumen fluid pH of sheep in the MSUC and HSUC groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the am-monia nitrogen concentration in rumen fluid of sheep in the LSUC,MSUC and HSUC groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the acetic acid concentration in rumen fluid of sheep in the MSUC and HSUC groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);the propionic acid concentration in rumen fluid of sheep in the LSUC and MSUC groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);the butyric acid and total volatile fatty acid concen-tration in rumen fluid of sheep in the LSUC,MSUC and HSUC groups were significantly incre
