金荞麦秸秆粉对断奶肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同比例金荞麦秸秆粉对断奶肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。试验选用28日龄断奶、体重为(0.58±0.05) kg、健康状况良好的商品代肉兔150只,随机分为5个组,每组15个重复,每个重复2只(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加3%(试验Ⅰ组)、6%(试验Ⅱ组)、9%(试验Ⅲ组)和12%(试验Ⅳ组)金荞麦秸秆粉等量替代苜蓿草粉的饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组断奶肉兔终末体重和平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组断奶肉兔半净膛率和全净膛率显著提高(P<0.05)。3)饲粮中添加金荞麦秸秆粉对断奶肉兔各器官指数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组断奶肉兔背最长肌24 h pH和45 min红度(a*)值显著提高(P<0.05),背最长肌滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加适宜比例金荞麦秸秆粉可以提高断奶肉兔生长性能和屠宰性能,改善肉品质,以添加6%为宜。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary proportions of Fagopy-rum dibotrys buckwheat straw powder on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of weaned meat rabbits.A total of 150 commercial meat rabbits weaned at 28 days of age with body weight of(0.58±0.05)kg and good health were randomly divided into 5 groups with 15 replicates per group and 2 rab-bits per replicate(half male and half female).Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 3%(experimental groupⅠ),6%(experi-mental groupⅡ),9%(experimental groupⅢ)and 12%(experimental groupⅣ)Fagopyrum dibotrys straw powder replacing alfalfa meal in equal amounts,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the ex-perimental period lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the final body weight and average daily feed intake of weaned meat rabbits in experimental groupⅡwere signifi-cantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the half-eviscerated rate and eviscerated rate of weaned meat rabbits in experimental groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Dietary Fagopy-rum dibotrys buckwheat straw powder had no significant effects on organ indices of weaned meat rabbits(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the 24 h pH and 45 min redness(a∗)value in longissimus dorsi muscle of weaned meat rabbits in experimental groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the drip loss in longissimus dorsi muscle was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate propor-tion of dietary Fagopyrum dibotrys buckwheat straw powder can improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of weaned meat rabbits,and the appropriate proportion is 6%.
