摘  要:利用Meta分析研究饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌对肉鸡免疫器官指数、血清抗氧化能力和肠道发育的影响,为芽孢杆菌制剂应用于肉鸡生产提供一定的理论依据和数据参考。检索国内外数据库中2000—2023年符合分析要求的37篇文献,共22 876个研究对象。根据统计量I2对纳入文献的肉鸡免疫器官指数、血清抗氧化指标和肠道发育数据进行异质性检验,通过漏斗图及Egger检验分析纳入文章的发表偏倚。结果显示:饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌可提高肉鸡的脾脏指数[标准化均数差(SMD)=1.744,95%置信区间(95%CI):1.471~2.016]、胸腺指数(SMD=1.101,95%CI:0.777~1.424)和法氏囊指数(SMD=1.620,95%CI:0.858~2.382)。饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌可提高肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(SMD=2.704,95%CI:2.078~3.330),降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(SMD=-2.145,95%CI:-2.781~-1.509)。饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌可提高肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度(SMD=2.555,95%CI:1.900~3.210),降低十二指肠隐窝深度(SMD=-1.107,95%CI:-1.487~-0.727),提高十二指肠绒隐比(SMD=1.663,95%CI:0.999~2.328);提高肉鸡空肠绒毛高度(SMD=3.860,95%CI:3.082~4.638),降低空肠隐窝深度(SMD=-2.590,95%CI:-3.396~-1.784),提高空肠绒隐比(SMD=1.908,95%CI:1.129~2.688);提高肉鸡回肠绒毛高度(SMD=2.872,95%CI:2.094~3.651),降低回肠隐窝深度(SMD=-2.072,95%CI:-2.982~-1.163),提高回肠绒隐比(SMD=1.421,95%CI:0.515~2.328)。Meta分析结果表明,芽孢杆菌可促进肉鸡免疫器官发育,提高血清抗氧化能力,改善肠道发育。Using Meta analysis to study the effects of adding Bacillus to diets on the immune organ indexes,serum antioxidant capacity and intestinal development of broilers,in order to provide theoretical and data refer-ences for broiler production.Retrieve 37 articles and 22876 research subjects from domestic and foreign data-bases that meet the analysis requirements from 2000 to 2023.Heterogeneity testing was performed on the im-mune organ indexes,serum antioxidant indexes and intestinal development data of the included articles based on the I2 statistic,and publication bias testing was analyzed using the Egger test.The results showed as fol-lows:adding Bacillus to the diet could increase the spleen index[standardized mean difference(SMD)=1.744,95%confidence interval(95%CI):1.471 to 2.016],thymus index(SMD=1.101,95%CI:0.777 to 1.424)and bursa of Fabricii index(SMD=1.620,95%CI:0.858 to 2.382)of broilers.Adding Bacillus to the diet could increase serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity(SMD=2.704,95%CI:2.078 to 3.330),and reduce serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content(SMD=-2.145,95%CI:-2.781 to-1.509)of broilers.Adding Bacillus to the diet could increase the duodenal villus height(SMD=2.555,95%CI:1.900 to 3.210),reduce the duodenal crypt depth(SMD=-1.107,95%CI:-1.487 to-0.727),and increase the du-odenal villus height/crypt depth ratio(SMD=1.663,95%CI:0.999 to 2.328)of broilers;adding Bacillus to the diet could increase the jejunal villus height(SMD=3.860,95%CI:3.082 to 4.638),reduce the jejunal crypt depth(SMD=-2.590,95%CI:-3.396 to-1.784),and increase the jejunal villus height/crypt depth ratio of broilers(SMD=1.908,95%CI:1.129 to 2.688);adding Bacillus to the diet could increase the ileal villus height(SMD=2.872,95%CI:2.094 to 3.651),reduce the ileal crypt depth(SMD=-2.072,95%CI:-2.982 to-1.163),and increase the ileal villus height/crypt depth ratio of broilers(SMD=1.421,95%CI:0.515 to 2.328).Meta analysis results indicate that Bacillus can promote the development of immune organs,enhance the antioxidant capacity of serum,and i
