摘  要:海上风电工程施工面临着热带气旋、海上大风、强对流、大雾等灾害性天气频发的问题,如果无法及时掌握施工地点的气象风险情况,可能对施工人员和设施造成不可挽回的伤害。针对上述问题,本文基于海上风电工程施工气象风险管控平台设计相应的App,为海上工程建设、运维阶段提供针对性、集约式、一体化的海洋气象环境监测预警信息,保障海上施工生产安全,提高建设效率,有效降低运维成本。The construction of offshore wind power projects is faced with the frequent occurrence of severe weather such as tropical cyclones,offshore winds,strong convection,fog,etc.If the meteorological risk situation of the construction site cannot be grasped in time,the construction process and personnel may be irreparable damage.In view of the above problems,this article designs an App based on the meteorological risk management platform of offshore wind power engineering construction.It provides targeted,intensive,and integrated marine meteorological environment monitoring and early warning information for offshore construction and operation and maintenance.It guarantees the production safety of offshore construction,improves the construction eficiency,and ffectively reduces the operation and maintenance cost.
