摘　　要：基于生命概念分析了河流拥有生命的基本特征,论证了河流自然价值与内在价值,阐述了河流伦理的定义,并构建了基于河流伦理的生态流域理论体系。运用河流伦理思想和主成分分析法,分析了卫河流域水安全、水资源、水经济、水管理、水文化、水环境、水生态、水景观8个维度所蕴含的河流伦理思想,并初步探索了基于河流伦理思想的生态流域主成分指标体系。主成分分析结果表明:卫河流域在开展流域管理过程中,应重视各维度的统筹协调,根据主成分分析的各维度内涵有重点地开展流域管理工作,将河流伦理思想融入生态流域构建中。Based on the concept of life,this paper analyzed the basic characteristics of rivers with life,demonstrated the natural value and intrinsic value of rivers,expounded the definition of river ethics,and built the ecological basin theory system based on river ethics.Using riv-er ethics and principal component analysis,it analyzed river ethics in eight dimensions of water security,water resources,water economy,water management,water culture,water environment,water ecology and water landscape in Weihe River Basin,and initially explored the principal component index system of ecological basin based on river ethics.The principal component analysis results show that in the manage-ment of the Weihe River watershed,it is essential to prioritize comprehensive coordination across all dimensions.Management efforts should focus on the key elements identified through principal component analysis,while integrating river ethics into the development of ecological watershed.
