摘 要:为探究含沙水流对明渠流量测量精度的影响,基于Fluent软件采用VOF-DPM模型对明渠进行数值模拟,分别模拟不同进口流速和含沙量组合条件下渠道内流量、液位及泥沙颗粒分布,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比分析,计算出各量水设施的流量误差与液位误差。结果表明:采用VOF-DPM模型可以较好地模拟含沙水流在明渠的流态,通过开展不同流量级的流量测试可知,在不同含沙量条件下,巴歇尔槽流量计误差最小(-3%~1%),超声流量计(-4%~3%)和电磁流量计(-9%~2%)量测效果均较好,雷达流量计误差较大(-20%~4%),说明非接触式流量计在高含沙量、大流量的情况下需进一步提高测量精度;超声液位、电磁液位与雷达液位误差均较大,试验中尾部巴歇尔槽壅水以及泥沙在渠道底部淤积是造成较大液位误差的原因之一。In order to explore the influence of sediment-containing water flow on the flow measurement accuracy in hydraulics,the VOF-DPM mod-el was used to numerically simulate the open channel based on Fluent software,and the flow rate,liquid level and sediment particle distribution in the channel under different inlet flow velocities and sediment content combinations were simulated respectively.At the same time,the numerical simulation data was compared with the experimental data,and the flow error and liquid level error of each water measuring facility were calculated.The results show that the VOF-DPM model can better simulate the flow state of sediment-containing water in open channels.Through the flow meas-urement experiments of different flow levels,it can be seen that under different sediment content conditions,the overall error of the flow measure-ment in the Marshall tank is the smallest(between-3%and 1%),the ultrasonic flowmeter(between-4%and 3%)and the electromagnetic flowmeter(between-9%and 2%)have good measurement results,and the radar flowmeter has a large error(between-20%and 4%),indicating that the non-contact flowmeter needs to further improve the measurement accuracy in the case of high sediment content and large flow;the overall error of ultrasonic liquid level,electromagnetic liquid level and radar liquid level is large.In the experiment,the backwater of the tail Marshall tank and the sediment deposition at the bottom of the channel are one of the reasons for the large liquid level error.
