西藏古代体育文化与中华各民族文化交往交流研究

摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是习近平总书记对党的民族理论与时俱进的创新发展,亦是党中央赋予我们的重大时代课题。文章通过文献资料法、实地考察法及逻辑分析法,对西藏地区古代体育文化的演进历程进行了阐释。研究认为,西藏古代体育文化是在中华各民族文化广泛交往交流交融中逐步发展起来的,历史上汉藏文化的深度融合中,体育文化作为强有力的粘合剂,塑造了中华民族多元一体的西藏古代体育文化格局。提出要深入挖掘研究根植于高原地域文化的西藏古代体育与中华各民族交往交流交融的历史脉络,以及与中华民族共同体意识的内在联系,推动西藏民族体育文化在中华文化认同语境下的传承与创新发展。Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is General Secretary Xi Jinping's innovation on the Party's ethnic theories with the times,and it is also a major issue given to us by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The article explains the evolution of ancient Tibetan sports culture,which is rooted in the regional culture of the plateau,through literature review,fieldwork and logical analysis.The study concludes that the ancient Tibetan sports culture developed gradually in the extensive interactions and ex-changes with the cultures of various ethnic groups in China,and that in the deeply integrated Han's and Tibetan cultures,the sports culture,functioning as glue,shaped the pattern of the ancient Tibetan sports culture,which is a pluralistic and integral part of the Chinese nation.It is proposed that the history of ancient Tibetan sports'inter-actions and exchanges with other ethnic cultures of China should be explored and researched,and its intrinsic connection with the sense of community for the Chinese nation so as to promote the innovation,inheritance and development of the Tibetan sports culture in the context of Chinese cultural identity.
