摘　　要：乡村振兴战略背景下,农村地区的老龄化问题潜藏着很大的因老返贫风险,妥善解决农村地区养老问题是乡村振兴战略实施的内在要求。然而传统的养老模式面临着许多现实问题,基于“社区+互助”理念的养老模式以其社区性和互助性的优势,能更好地适应农村地区养老事业的发展需要。农村“社区+互助”养老模式的构建对于农村养老有着重要意义,应从政策体系、资源整合、内生动力、功能拓展和人才培养等多元化途径进行发展。Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the aging of rural areas makes them face a great risk of returning to poverty due to old age.Properly solving the problem of old-age care in rural areas is the inherent requirement of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.However,the traditional pension model is faced with many practical problems.The pension model based on the concept of“Community+Mutual Assistance”can better adapt to the development needs of rural areas with its advantages of community and mutual assistance.The construction of“Community+Mutual Assistance”mode for rural elderly care is of great significance for rural elderly care,and it should be promoted by diversified ways such as policy system,resource integration,endogenous impetus,function expansion and talent training.
